Step Three Dry hair completely with a hairdryer. If your hair is naturally curly, attach a diffuser to your hairdryer.
Step Four Place hair in a ponytail and leave the bottom layer loose and free from the ponytail, to begin making the spiral curls.
Step Six Hold the curling iron vertically for approximately 30 seconds. Straight hair or difficult-to-curl hair may require additional time with the curling iron.
Step Eight Spray curl with Hairspray.
